Terms of Use

1. Terms

By accessing this Mission Collaborative program, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this Mission Collaborative program are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Program Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund (minus taxes and transaction fees, when applicable) up until 7 days before the program begins. After that, Mission Collaborative cannot provide a refund, but Mission Collaborative can transfer your enrollment to a later program cohort up until 14 days past the program start date.

We are unable to refund any taxes you paid through Teachable. Refunds can be provided via Teachable, PayPal, or check.

3. Program Money Back Guarantee Policy

If you complete the entire Mission Collaborative Program but are dissatisfied with the value you received, you may request a free 30-minute 1-on-1 coaching session with Mission Collaborative.

If after this conversation you still feel like your experience wasn’t worthwhile, Mission Collaborative will issue you a full refund. Refunds will be paid out via Teachable, PayPal, or check.

Completion of the program means attending at least 3 out of 4 Team Meetings, 3 out of 4 Accountability Partner Meetings, completed Expectations Agreement, and 3 out of 4 Weekly Surveys.

4. Launch Phase Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund (minus taxes and transaction fees, when applicable) up until 24 hours after your initial enrollment in The Launch Phase course. If you determine that the course will not meet your needs within that timeframe, we can issue you a refund.

5. Use License

Permission is granted to create one copy of any assignment materials on the Mission Collaborative website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

- Use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Mission Collaborative’s website;

- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

- Transfer the materials to another person or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Mission Collaborative at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on the Mission Collaborative website are provided 'as is'. Mission Collaborative makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Mission Collaborative does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Mission Collaborative be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Mission Collaborative website, even if Mission Collaborative or an authorized of Mission Collaborative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Revisions and Errata

The materials appearing on Mission Collaborative’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Mission Collaborative does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Mission Collaborative may make changes to the materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. Mission Collaborative does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

9. Links

Mission Collaborative has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Mission Collaborative of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

10. Conditions for Removal from the Program

Mission Collaborative programs involve interacting with fellow participants through video conferences, Slack, and email. In addition to interacting with participants, Mission Collaborative will ask you to complete assignments and feedback surveys on a weekly basis. By enrolling in a Mission Collaborative program, you are committing to participate fully by engaging with fellow participants, completing the assignments to the best of your ability, and responding to weekly surveys.

Participants may be asked to leave a Mission Collaborative program under the following circumstances:

- Failure to submit the Enrollment Intake Form by 12pm ET on the Wednesday before the official Start Date of the Program.

- Failure to attend Team meetings and Accountability Partner calls without prior notification.

- Failure to participate fully in Team meetings and Accountability Partner calls, and/or not completing assigned work without giving notice to team members or partner.

-Failure to complete the Expectations Agreement included in the Pre-Program section before the program start date.

- Disrupting the program experience for other participants or Mission Collaborative staff; this includes displaying offensive, rude, or inappropriate behavior.

- Failure to respond to weekly feedback surveys and/or other attempts of communication from Program Managers.

If removed from the program for any of the reasons above, you are not eligible for a refund or to retain access to the Mission Collaborative curriculum, Team Meeting Invites, Slack, or Program Directory.

11. Site Terms of Use Modifications

Mission Collaborative may revise these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.

12. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the Mission Collaborative website shall be governed by the laws of Mission Collaborative home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
